Bio

Mike Swanson, the founder of Northwest players academy has coached and worked as a manufacturer’s Representative and club fitter on the PGA, LPGA, and Champion tours for years. In addition, Mike has worked and played with some of the world's best professionally and in the collegiate ranks and enjoys teaching all golfers from beginners to tour professionals.

As a former playing professional, Gunnar has extensive knowledge of both the golf swing and what it takes to compete at the highest level in golf. Gunnar enjoys working with players of all levels. He especially likes taking peaked golfers to the next level of their game. He does so by incorporating the various aspects of golf that it takes to play like a professional – from sports psychology, course management and conditioning.
